These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 1kgame website, mobile platform, applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by 1kgame ("we", "us", "our", or "1kgame").

By completing the registration process, clicking any "I Agree" confirmation, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the Platform in any manner, you enter into a legally binding agreement with 1kgame and acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms without reservation.

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. 1kgame reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an active account on 1kgame, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 1kgame strictly prohibits use by individuals under 21. Age verification checks may be carried out at registration or at any subsequent point, and accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately with any balance returned in accordance with applicable law.
• You are registering voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes and are not acting on behalf of any third party.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or agent of 1kgame or any of its affiliated entities, nor are you a close relative of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 1kgame or any other gaming platform through a self-exclusion programme that remains in effect.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active account only. Registration of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. 1kgame reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any winnings generated through them.

1kgame reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 1kgame account. Your specific obligations include the following:

• Credential Security: You must keep your 1kgame login credentials — including your username, password, and any OTP or two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify 1kgame support immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your account. 1kgame will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Accurate Information: You must keep your registered account information accurate and up to date. Changes to name, address, payment method, or contact details must be communicated to support promptly.
• Personal Use Only: Your 1kgame account is for your personal use exclusively. You may not allow any other individual to access your account, place bets on your behalf, or conduct any transactions through your account.
• KYC Compliance: You agree to provide identity and address verification documents when requested by 1kgame. Required documents may include a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or recent utility bill. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension or account closure.

1kgame will never contact you to request your password via any channel. Any communication purporting to be from 1kgame that requests your password should be reported immediately.

All 1kgame accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and bank transfer. Available deposit methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account.
• 1kgame does not accept deposits in any currency other than PKR. Any foreign-currency conversion costs are your responsibility.
• 1kgame reserves the right to return a deposit to its source if it cannot be satisfactorily verified or if the deposit is inconsistent with your account history or KYC status.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your 1kgame account.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, 1kgame may require completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be processed for accounts with outstanding verification requirements.
• Any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal of the corresponding real-money balance can be initiated.
• Processing times vary by payment method. 1kgame targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within two (2) to five (5) business days, subject to verification requirements.
• 1kgame reserves the right to perform additional checks on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, consistent with its anti-money laundering obligations.

1kgame offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Unless otherwise stated, welcome bonuses are available to new accounts making their first qualifying deposit. Players who have previously registered under a different account are not eligible for new-player promotions.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotional terms. For example, a bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement must be wagered twenty times before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, including Andar Bahar and Teen Patti, may contribute at a reduced rate compared to slots. Specific contribution percentages are published in the relevant promotional terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses are subject to an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated timeframe will be forfeited without compensation.
• Bonus Abuse: 1kgame strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of bonus terms through low-risk hedging strategies, use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or any co-ordinated strategy designed to extract value from promotional offers without genuine play intent.
• Right to Withdraw: 1kgame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the Platform or registered email address.

The following general rules apply to all bets, wagers, and game rounds placed on the 1kgame Platform. Specific rules for individual sports markets, casino games, and special events are published separately within each product section.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet or wager is not confirmed until you have received an on-screen confirmation and a transaction reference. Bets in a "pending" state are not guaranteed acceptance.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by event, market type, or player account level.
• Odds Changes: In sports betting, odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the time your bet is accepted.
• Void Bets: 1kgame reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that has been opened or settled in error, where the relevant event has been cancelled, or where the integrity of the market has been compromised.
• In-Play Betting: Live and in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time. Bets placed on suspended markets will not be accepted. 1kgame is not responsible for data delays affecting in-play market visibility.
• Palpable Errors: Any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or human error ("palpable error") may be voided by 1kgame regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed. 1kgame will endeavour to notify affected players promptly.
• PSL and Cricket Markets: For PSL and other cricket betting markets, results are settled based on official match results as published by the relevant governing body. Abandoned or shortened matches may be settled in accordance with published cricket betting rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1kgame Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events in connection with betting activity on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings generated as a result of a technical error must be reported to 1kgame support immediately and will not be paid out.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial activity intended to conceal the origin of funds transacted through the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a betting syndicate or accepting bets on behalf of third parties.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPNs, proxies, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 1kgame staff, customer support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

1kgame is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. The Platform is intended solely for entertainment, and 1kgame acknowledges its duty of care toward all players.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set at any time. Reductions to existing limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts that trigger after a specified duration of continuous play, providing a prompt to assess their gaming activity.
• Temporary Suspension: Players may suspend their 1kgame account for a period of between 24 hours and 30 days. During a suspension, the account cannot be used to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who require a longer-term break may apply for permanent self-exclusion. A self-excluded account will be closed and cannot be reopened. 1kgame will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration by self-excluded players.

All content on the 1kgame Platform — including but not limited to the 1kgame name, logo, visual design, software, game assets, text, graphics, data compilations, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of 1kgame or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from 1kgame.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology forming part of the Platform.
• Use the 1kgame name, logo, or branding in any context outside the Platform without express written authorisation.
• Frame, mirror, or embed any portion of the Platform on any third-party website or application.

Any unauthorised use of 1kgame intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1kgame shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or anticipated savings arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages howsoever arising, even if 1kgame has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party system failures, network issues, or force majeure events beyond 1kgame's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Any reliance placed by you on the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of odds, scores, statistics, or other data displayed on the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 1kgame's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your 1kgame account at the time the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit 1kgame's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

1kgame collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and ongoing use of the Platform — including your name, CNIC details, contact information, payment data, and gaming activity records — is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improvement of the Platform.

1kgame will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with service providers, payment processors, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law or legitimate business necessity, subject to appropriate data protection safeguards.

1kgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 1kgame will take reasonable steps to notify registered players via email or an in-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting 1kgame support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 1kgame endeavours to resolve all player disputes promptly and fairly through its internal dispute resolution process.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of your 1kgame experience, you should contact customer support in the first instance. 1kgame commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within two (2) business days and to providing a substantive response within ten (10) business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, escalation procedures will be communicated to you by the support team. 1kgame does not waive any legal right or defence by engaging in good-faith dispute resolution efforts.
